Returns & Refunds

Each ENJZ work is produced individually and printed on demand.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, except where the item is produced to order or clearly personalized.

Because ENJZ artworks are printed individually upon order and in limited quantities, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. A replacement or refund will be arranged.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect size selection

  • color variations resulting from the printing process

These are inherent to printed artwork.
