All artworks are produced after order to ensure quality and edition control.
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs procedures for international shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
All artworks are printed on demand.
For this reason, returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of damage or defect. If your order arrives damaged, please contact ENJZ within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue and your order number.
Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Artworks are sold unframed.
